про черную рамку я тут где-то видела... но по идее она привязана к стилю оформления, и если поставить платный и выбрать что-то другое, уйдёт и рамка. Но есть и другие какие-то способы вроде, я не вникала пока.

про пейпал думаю да, должно работать.
